  4.        part-time Loan Officers. Loan Officers are needed for the states
  5.        of Arizona, California and Wyoming.
  6.        
  7.        A real estate license is required for originating real estate loans
  8.        in California.
  9.        
  10.        Real Estate brokers in California and Wyoming are encouraged to apply.
  11.        
  12.        2 years related real estate experience is preferred. However, training
  13.        is available in Arizona and California.
  14.        
  15.        These positions are commission only, and you will be working from
  16.        your home or office.

  18.        Commissions are paid after the loan has funded. Up to 70 basis points
  19.        are paid.
